VERIZON GAMING: GLITCH IRL INSTALLATION

ROLE: DESIGN, ART DIRECTION, CONCEPTING

We set out to spark intrigue among the famously skeptical gaming audience by creating a 360 campaign filled to the brim with insider gaming easter eggs & cinema grade visuals. Part of this campaign was an IRL glitch installation in Union Square park that spilled our glitchy universe into the street.

I worked closely with Madwell’s fabrication team at Millwright to make sure every inch of the installation had easter eggs, glitches and was also true to the surroundings of Union Square down to the park bench colors and chess sets. I even threw in a custom Verizon playing card to put in the glitchy bike spokes.
